Your right to withdraw
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, no reason needed. This period runs out 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominated) received the goods.
How to let us know
Email contact@colidio.com with a clear statement that you're withdrawing — the model letter below works well. The model form is also available, though using it isn't compulsory.
⚠️ Add your physical contact address here once available — EU Regulation 2023/2673 requires it so consumers can reach the trader by post, not only by email.
What happens next
We'll refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of hearing from you — or of getting the goods back, whichever is sooner.
Sending items back
Goods should be posted back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. Return shipping costs are yours to cover unless we've agreed otherwise.
